Leaders, entrepreneurs and creative professionals usually do not lack ideas. The real problem is different: too many open loops, unanswered messages, parallel projects, responsibilities, deadlines and decisions constantly occupying the mind.
The day becomes reactive. The important work is postponed. Rest creates guilt. Work expands into evenings. There is too much in the head and too little clarity.
Sunny Mentor helps you build a personal system where you can see your work, goals, roles, priorities and energy in one complete field. The goal is not to do more. The goal is to act with more precision.
TOP360 is the core method of Sunny Mentor. It helps you look at your life and work as one complete field: tasks, goals, roles, energy, relationships, rest, health, long-term direction and daily action.
The purpose of the method is not to fill every minute with productivity. The purpose is to build a system where the mind becomes calmer, priorities become clearer and action becomes more consistent.
"A settled mind is not an empty mind. It is a mind that has a trusted system."
— Reinis Druvietis
As long as tasks, ideas and responsibilities live only in your head, they create pressure. The first step is to externalise them — on paper or in a structured system.
Some tasks are only noise. Some are other people's urgency. Some are truly important steps in your direction. TOP360 helps you separate these categories.
Productivity does not begin with a long list. It begins with a clear answer: what is the main thing today?
Handwriting helps you think deeper and make decisions. Digital tools help you remember, track and collaborate.
Energy must be planned just like work. If rest is not planned, it is postponed until the body and mind force you to stop.
A weekly, monthly and yearly rhythm helps you see progress, adjust direction and protect what matters from everyday noise.
The first step is a free 30-minute diagnostic conversation. Its purpose is to understand what is currently happening in your work and life system.
We map your situation: tasks, projects, responsibilities, roles, deadlines, sources of pressure.
We create a system for capturing tasks, ideas, responsibilities and reminders.
We organise tasks by importance. We define your daily, weekly and monthly focus.
We review your main roles and look at overload, energy leaks and sustainable rhythm.
We check what works and what needs adjustment. We create a 30/60/90-day continuation plan.
Pricing: Five-session programme — on average 500 EUR + VAT, determined in conversation depending on the cooperation format. For individual clients and companies, the price is clarified after the diagnostic conversation. Start with a free 30-min call.
Teams often do not need another motivational lecture. They need a clear agreement on how work is planned, how decisions are made, how priorities are set and how execution is tracked.
I am Reinis Druvietis — mentor, business trainer, producer, lecturer and author of the TOP360 time management system. For more than 20 years I have worked with people, teams, ideas and large-scale processes, helping to turn complex intentions into clear plans, coordinated action and real results.
One of the most striking dimensions of my experience is the Latvian Song and Dance Festival Parade — in 2023 as artistic director and producer, with production involvement also in 2013 and 2018. This means not just creating a sense of celebration, but placing approximately 45,000 people into an eight-hour continuous, safe and meaningful flow. Such work demands extraordinary precision, systemic thinking, perfect planning, clear communication and the ability to stay calm when thousands of people, hundreds of details and one shared goal are all in motion at once. This experience is at the core of Sunny Mentor — I believe that good planning is not the opposite of creativity. It is the space in which creativity can safely happen.
I am pursuing doctoral studies at the University of Latvia, developing the TOP360 time management and life rhythm system — a practical approach that helps a person look at their work and life in 360 degrees: seeing not only tasks but also roles, values, goals, energy and long-term direction. I am a lecturer at the Latvijas Universitātes Banku augstskola, where I teach students leadership, communication skills, presentations, negotiations and business communication. Working with students constantly tests my ideas in practice — explaining the complex clearly and helping people see their own leadership potential. As a business trainer at Komercizglītības centrs, I have led training in time management, productivity, communication and teamwork for organisations including Latvenergo, DHL, DPD, Nordea and more than 50 others.
My professional and personal life is also closely tied to culture and community. I am the chairman and producer of Kultūras biedrība Make Art — creating and leading international and national cultural, arts and creative industry projects since 2012. I also produce cultural processes in the Vidzeme Livonian cultural space. I founded the folklore ensemble Malībieš' — born as a practice of work-life balance, giving creative inspiration, self-expression and a sense of belonging. The name is written in the Vidzeme Livonian dialect, which drops word endings. I have mastered beekeeping as meditation with hands — an art that teaches patience, rhythm and deep observation.
Sunny Mentor is my experience in one system — from the great flow of the Song Festival Parade to an individual conversation over a notebook. I help people regain focus, organise priorities and build a work and life system that has room not only for results but also for calm, meaning and the person themselves.
"Working with Reinis gave me a clear and structured plan for moving forward. Talking with someone who truly understands helps you set goals clearly and stay on track. A BIG thank you for the work invested in organising both my business and my mind.
"In the time management sessions, Reinis adapted precisely to my individual needs and weakest points. In our limited time together, we achieved significant and meaningful improvements.
"Reinis is an excellent coach. His professionalism, careful listening and hands-on advice was exactly what I needed. Whether you are in Latvia or not, you can count on Reinis as a great coach.
